This is one of the soldiers from the 28
th ID. The 28
th ID was a PA National Guard Unit that was federalized in February of 1941 for one year. From Feb to April they were trained in Fort
Indiantown Gap and in April they were sent to Camp Livingston, North Carolina for different training purposes. He is portraying a soldier from the 112
th Infantry Regiment of the 28
th ID in Feb. of 1941.
