Horses

Hey there everybody, these are some pictures of the wild horses out inn Assateauge. I thought it was kind of cool that the horses would stand right beside the ocean. I am hoping that my family or boy scout troop can go down there and camp on the beach. This is the same place where we saw the sika elk which some of you might remember from older posts. It's a neat place if you haven't been there you should go some time they have a junior ranger program there because it is a National Park. In the junior ranger program you get learn about how the horses got there and how to go crabbing and a bunch of other neat stuff. that's it for now, Shane.

Have you camped on the island before? If not and you plan on going have your Dad talk to me. I have camped on the island for some 15 years. It is a different type of camping, but it is real fun, like Shane said lots to do. Two different parks, the state park and the national park. Great pictures of the horses by the way.

Maybe some time we can fit it into the schedule Shane. They are great photos, I even like them better than the ones I took. But be careful you know sometimes they will chase you on the beach and you have to run away without your shoes, LOL.

Shane, these are very good photographs. I particularly like how you captured three horses together and the 2nd one is on a nice diagonal, making a very pleasing photograph. I have seen horses down there before myself, but not on the beach. Great job!
